VANESPACEE

Colombian artist Vanespacee (Vanessa Muñoz Londoño) crafts a groove-forward sound that blends indie, soul, funk, and Latin jazz with modern, beat-driven production. A multi-instrumentalist—singing, playing bass, and working with synthesizers—she builds immersive tracks rooted in rhythm, texture, and feel. Based in Medellín, her music draws from dusty break grooves, Latin traditions, and improvisational sensibilities, moving seamlessly between hypnotic flow and introspective space.

After touring internationally with BALTHVS, Vanespacee developed a strong connection to live performance, bringing a natural and powerful stage presence into her solo work. That energy translates into recordings that feel alive—dynamic, fluid, and deeply rhythmic.

The project is further shaped by a dynamic collective of musicians and producers. Sebastián Marín (Seback), a producer, multi-instrumentalist, and solo artist, brings a versatile and contemporary approach informed by his background in Audio Arts and Music Production and performances across Colombia, Mexico, and the United States. His work moves fluidly through funk, disco, R&B, synth pop, and rock, balancing retro influences with modern production. At the rhythmic core, drummer and percussionist Santiago Beuth Arias contributes a powerful and dynamic foundation, drawing on over 18 years of experience and studies at Tennessee State University in Nashville, where he performed with ensembles including the Aristocrats of Band and the Jazz Collegians. Expanding the project's sonic identity, Pablo Cordero (elbichomen) adds an organic and exploratory dimension through his work as a composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, blending jazz, soul, R&B, samba, and funk with an experimental approach to sound and instrument creation.

Together, they create a sound that moves between groove and introspection, where repetition, improvisation, and intention shape a living musical experience—less a traditional band and more a space of connection, where rhythm becomes ritual and music becomes a way of inhabiting the present. The upcoming release "Siembra" marks the start of a new chapter centered on intention, growth, and sonic exploration—an invitation to trust unseen processes and allow music to unfold organically over time.
